BULLOCK-GREEN
Completed in August 2016, the Bullock Green HDWE Co was a hardware store in 1905 in the Corktown neighborhood in Detroit. We designed, developed and built out 4 living spaces in this historic building.
MAYWOOD
Originally built in 1987, This was a modern contemporary residence in Bloomfield Hills we renovated we completed in 2021. It achieved the highest price per square foot for a renovation in the area
OUT OF OFFICE GARAGE
Completed in 2023, the Out Of Office Garage in Birmingham Michigan is a case study in creating a car-centric membership and storage facility. With 3000 feet of industrial community work/dining/entertaining space and 20,000 feet of car storage, it was where we began modifying car stackers and mezzanines for the maximization of automobile storage
MARSEILLE
Marseille is a renovation of a 1940’s Miami Beach Residence. We designed, developed and built out the main house and guest house with creamy beachy Belgian organic textures and materials. Lime plaster and microcement flood the walls and floors for seamless surfaces and a calming atmosphere.
